We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice. Pricing errors may result in order cancellation and refund.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when the order is dispatched.

6. Cancellation by OOMI

We reserve the right to cancel orders where:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Delivery is not possible

Any payments received will be refunded.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
